- Intel
- Side ops 'Paid Intel: Reach Bale' / 'Paid Intel: Kill Bale'; download intel, activate UAV Tower, then Paid Intel
- Cash reward
- $10,000
- Weapon
- Dreadnought LMG (Legendary, 100-round box)
- Drops
- Dog Tag Case (always), a rare chance at the Dreadnought LMG, and maybe a key to his loot room, where the weapon is usually found. Activision names Lieutenants, with downed player Operators, as the source of rarer guns
- Intel unlock
- Boss Board intel on Bale needs the Underground, Counterfeit and Human Intel DMZ Orders chapters (read from Activision's Boss Board screenshot; unconfirmed); leaked menu text also ties Lieutenant intel to Human Intel. Intel price not public
- Spawn
- Not in every match. Lieutenants roll a chance to appear each deployment and may be active whether or not you hunt them; Boss Board intel is the way to make sure
